The Peconic Land Trust’s 5th Annual Spring Lecture Series at Bridge Gardens is here! The series feature presentations with local farmers and producers of specialty items and is moderated by Laura Donnelly, a local pastry chef and writer for the East Hampton Star. Come hear the stories of the men and women growing and producing food across Long Island, and learn about the innovative and entrepreneurial approaches they are taking. 

Sunday, March 18, with Marcos Ribeiro of Craft Master Hops, Robin Epperson-McCarthy of Salt Bird Cellars, and Chef Stephen Bogardus of North Fork Table and Inn.
